AMARE Perfume uses the Shopify platform to provide these Services.

We do not guarantee that the quality or appearance of products will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to remove any product or limit quantities available to a user, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS (including samples & refund policy)

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase. AMARE Perfume reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at its sole discretion.
Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed acceptance and received payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot guarantee cancellation after acceptance.

Sample Policy:

You may receive one free sample per bottle purchased, with a maximum of three samples per order:

  • 1 bottle purchased → 1 sample

  • 3 bottles purchased → 3 samples

  • 4 bottles or more → maximum of 3 samples

Return & Refund Policy:

Opened perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened bottles may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Samples are non-returnable.

You warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices and promotions may change without notice.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase and indicated in your confirmation.

Displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

You represent and warrant that:

  • the payment card information provided is accurate and complete;

  • you are authorized to use the card;

  • your bank will honor the payment;

  • you will pay all applicable charges, including fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk are transferred to you.

All elements of the Services (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) are the property of AMARE Perfume or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit these contents without prior written authorization.

All AMARE Perfume trademarks, trade names, and visual identities are protected.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AMARE Perfume uses Shopify to host its Services, but all sales are concluded with AMARE Perfume, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for purchases you make.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with Shopify to operate the Services.

SECTION 11 – REVIEWS & COMMENTS

By submitting a review, idea, or suggestion (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for commercial purposes.
