Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable regulations within the European Union, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Amare Perfume extends this period to 30 days from the date the order is received.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the perfume must:

be unused

remain sealed and unopened

be kept in its original condition

be returned with its original packaging and labels

be accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and product protection reasons, any unsealed or opened bottle cannot be returned or refunded.
Samples
Samples may be offered on the product page and added to the order.
They allow customers to discover the fragrance before opening the main bottle.
Amare Perfume pays special attention to the quality of its creations. Samples allow customers to experience the fragrance before making a final decision.
Perfume Exchange After Testing Samples
When an order contains several perfumes along with their corresponding samples, the customer is encouraged to test the samples first before opening the main bottles.
For example, if a customer orders several perfumes (e.g. Vanilla Nero, Imperial Oud, and Amber Verde) with their matching samples, they can discover each fragrance through the provided samples.
If the customer enjoys some fragrances but wishes to exchange a perfume they do not like, they may contact Amare Perfume by email at:

the request is made within 30 days after receiving the order
After the return is approved, the customer may exchange the concerned perfume for another perfume of equivalent value.
This policy allows customers to discover Amare Perfume creations with complete peace of mind thanks to the samples included with the order.

Damaged Products or Order Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
