Return Policy

At AMARE Perfume, your satisfaction is our absolute priority.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We understand that choosing a fragrance is a very personal experience — that’s why you may open the bottle to smell the scent before deciding.

If you open the bottle only to smell the fragrance (without spraying it), you may request a full refund.

However, if the perfume has been sprayed or used, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.


How to request a return

Contact our customer support within 30 days after receiving your order: support@amareperfume.com

Make sure the bottle has not been sprayed and that the packaging is in perfect condition.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how to send your package back.

After we receive the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Important: Any return sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
• unused
• not sprayed
• not opened (except for smelling the fragrance without spraying)
• with tags
• in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:
• used or sprayed perfumes
• sale items
• gift cards

Sprayed or used products are not eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
