Subscription Policy - Amare Perfume
When you subscribe to an Amare subscription, you will automatically receive deliveries of your selected fragrance based on the frequency and duration chosen at checkout.
Your payment method is securely stored and will be automatically charged at each billing cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Minimum Commitment
By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.
Any cancellation request will only be considered after this minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription, change your preferences or request its cancellation at any time from your secure subscriber area. There are two ways to access it:
- Via the secure link provided in your order confirmation email and in every renewal email. This link signs you in automatically (it remains valid for 7 days).
- Via the subscriber access page: [click here] to access your subscriber area. Enter the email address used when placing your order, and you will immediately receive a secure access link to your subscription by email.
Important: you must use the same email address as the one provided with your order, otherwise your subscription will not appear.
From your subscriber area, you can:
- change the fragrance for upcoming deliveries
- update your delivery address and contact details
- temporarily pause your subscription
- skip an upcoming delivery
- cancel your subscription after completing the minimum of two cycles
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
