Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable within the European Union, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Amare Perfume extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the order. This extension is a commercial gesture and in no way limits the customer's legal rights.
Return conditions
So that our customers can discover our fragrances with complete peace of mind, every perfume comes with a trial sample matching the fragrance ordered.
The customer is invited to test the fragrance using this sample only, before opening the main bottle.
To be eligible for a return or a refund, the perfume must:
be unused;
be unopened and unsealed;
be kept in its original condition;
be returned with its original packaging, labels and any accessories;
be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Hygiene and safety policy
For reasons of hygiene, safety and product protection, any perfume whose cellophane, security seal, packaging or main bottle has been opened, handled or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with the exceptions provided for by European regulations.
The customer must use only the sample supplied to discover the fragrance.
Trial samples
Every order includes a sample matching the perfume purchased. This sample allows the customer to discover the fragrance before opening the main product.
If the customer does not like the fragrance after testing the sample, they may request the return of the perfume concerned, provided that:
the main bottle has remained completely closed and unsealed;
the original packaging is intact;
the request is made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Return and refund after testing the sample
If the customer is not satisfied with the fragrance after testing the sample provided, they may return the perfume for a refund, provided that the main product remains in new, unopened and resalable condition.
Once the return has been received and inspected, Amare Perfume will refund the returned product.
Purchase of a single perfume
If the customer has purchased a single perfume and does not like the fragrance after testing the sample provided, they may obtain a refund for the perfume.
The perfume must have remained unused, unopened and unsealed, and kept in its original packaging. The customer sends their order number by email to maison@amareperfume.com.
Exchange is not offered for the purchase of a single perfume. To discover another fragrance, the customer may place a new order.
Special case of purchases made as part of an offer
When an order includes several perfumes purchased as part of a promotional offer, each perfume is delivered with its own trial sample. The customer can therefore discover each fragrance without having to open or unseal the corresponding main bottle.
If, after testing one or more samples, the customer does not like one or more fragrances, two options are available:
Option 1: Exchange of one or more perfumes
The customer keeps the offer and replaces only the fragrance or fragrances they do not like. They return the perfume or perfumes concerned (unused, unopened, unsealed, in their original packaging) and send by email to maison@amareperfume.com their order number as well as the replacement fragrance or fragrances requested, of equivalent value.
Example: on an offer of three perfumes, the customer may keep the ones they like and exchange only the one that does not suit them.
An exchange within a promotional offer is possible only once.
Option 2: Full return and refund
The customer returns all the perfumes in the offer in order to obtain a refund of the total amount paid. Each perfume must have remained unused, unopened and unsealed, and kept in its original packaging.
A partial refund for a single perfume purchased as part of an offer is not possible: the customer chooses either the exchange (Option 1) or the full return of the offer (Option 2).
Special case of the Discovery Set
The Discovery Set consists of samples intended to be tested and allows the customer to discover our full range of fragrances before purchasing a main bottle.
Given the very nature of this product, and for reasons of hygiene and safety, the Discovery Set cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once it has been opened or unsealed, or once one of the samples has been used, in accordance with the exceptions provided for by European regulations.
Only a Discovery Set that has remained fully sealed, unopened and kept in its original packaging may be subject to withdrawal within the legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order. The commercial extension to 30 days does not apply to the Discovery Set.
Return procedure
If all the return conditions described above are met, the customer may submit their withdrawal request directly online, from their customer account, by clicking the following link: Withdrawal request.
Once the request has been sent and eligibility has been verified, the return instructions and shipping arrangements are communicated to the customer.
The customer may also, if they prefer, contact our customer service directly before any return at: maison@amareperfume.com, within 30 days of receipt of the order, stating their order number. Return instructions will be sent promptly.
All returns must be shipped to the following address:

The customer sends the tracking number of their return by email to maison@amareperfume.com, stating their order number. The refund or exchange is processed after the products have been received and checked at the above address.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.
Damaged products or order errors
The customer is invited to check their order upon receipt. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: maison@amareperfume.com, stating the order number, so that an appropriate solution can be offered. In this case, return shipping costs are covered in full by Amare Perfume.
Refunds
Once the withdrawal request has been notified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. In accordance with the regulations, Amare Perfume may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received, or until proof of return shipment has been received.
